We are celebrating our third anniversary!
Three years ago, MAX Payment Solutions originated as a way to thank the customers of MAX Communications. Yet, here we are today, with two separate companies, MAX Communications and MAX Payment Solutions, both self-sustaining. What an accomplishment! As we celebrate this anniversary, it is a great opportunity to share how it all began.
I started MAX Payment Solutions as a way to thank my loyal customers of MAX Communications three years ago. MAX Comm allowed me the opportunity to build relationships with clients, and these clients have supported me and my business and propelled MAX Comm into celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. I was and am so thankful, so when I realized that I would be able to utilize the merchant processing industry as a way to thank my loyal customers for their support, I jumped at the idea.
I started with the baseline of my relationships formed through MAX Communications. From there, word of mouth became my champion. As MAX Payment Solutions began to take off, I realized the hardships that can ensue running two businesses. Learning to balance each business so that one does not prioritize the other was and still is challenging. At certain points, one will take the lead and the other will take the rear. It is important to recognize and accept this. It is not a bad or weak thing, it exhibits growth.
Now three years later, I would never imagine where we are today. I am so thankful for our merchants and staff. I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for both MAX Communications and MAX Payment Solutions. Here’s to the next three!
